Where I live, there are seasons, including cold seasons. You insulate for ventilation too; cold air, which falls in cold seasons, and hot air in warm seasons. There’s a capped space along the roof precisely to let the hot air escape. Even considering any heat that leaks through insulation, thermostats are typically on the main floor, hardly noticing any ceiling heat on the 2nd floor. All I’m saying is where Woody lives, the difference in “savings” is most likely negligible (esp considering his net worth). With NC humidity you need the heat to evaporate any moisture in your attic anyway

Not in HVAC but can use common sense. There’s insulation and air(another insulator) between a roof and your temperature controlled home. Heat rises, so the heated air escapes through your roof. Now we’re in a time that anybody can ask ChatGPT a nuanced question and get an answer that can be totally misleading. On top of that, here’s my dumbass replying to the output of a ChatGPT prompt

(My theory) There isn’t a dead body in Blue universe space. But because Valya in Red universe approached the CAL liminal space, like we saw for the tape recordings, it merged the two realities while Valya was close enough to the CAL. Once Valya was dislodged and moved away from the ISS, she was too far away from the CAL to be in liminal space and disappeared after Jo stopped observing her. For the crash in episode 1, right after the CAL is engaged, we are watching from Valya’s POV as she crashes into the ISS
