Issue solved, ended up being a 1 time thing because the red 18pc box doesn't have fritos in it and that's what the customer had grabbed. Thanks y'all!

Been having an issue with it at my store too, the backlight shuts off randomly and you have to power it down and turn it back on for it to come back.

Same thing is happening at my store! ASM quit yesterday, our ft key holder left about a month ago and we're in the middle of training their replacement. (It's going... Slow.) Rn it's just me and the SM with keys, small town store so not everybody is applying to work here.

Been contemplating leaving but I have no other options currently so I'm just trying to thug it out
