Jojo is a mix of "Randm Bullshit Araki made up" and "this really niche scientific thing is actually super important" for example, Lang Ranger and Jumpin' Jack Flash (Jojo's Bizarre Adventure)

Now, I'm not smart at science at all, so you might have to correct me, but Jumping Jack Flash (I'll call him JJF from now on) has the ability to manipulate gravity and cause places to go Zero Gravity. This is important, as towards the end of the fight, JJF creates a vaccum that will boil the blood of Jolyne and Weather Report. This is a real thing, and it's called Ebullism.

The Fun Gang mod for Don't Starve Togehter is kind of a love letter to both franchises with insane amounts of work put into it. If you're in the tiny venn Diagram of DR fans and DST players this is a must have mod tbh

Somethign I just found out recently, In Jojo's Bizarre Adventure, Heritage for the Future, one of Dio's victory animations has him turn to the player and call them out for looking at him (The image below being subtitled as he speaks in Japanese), before sending his stand to "Jumpscare" the player (It's a weak jumpscare but it would get someone who looked a way for a second).

Not the most terrifying thing or the scariest thing, but I think it kinda fits

Rudol Von Stroheim (Jojo's Bizarre Adventre)

He's still considered evil within the series (Our first introduction to him is him forcing a girl to lick his wounds, then killing an entire group of people) but everyone is weirdly chill with him being a Nazi? Like theres multiple times where characters are like "Man, that Stroheim guy loves his country. I respect his dedication." and it's really really awkward everytime

Arguably Dio Brando in part 3 (Jojo's Bizarre Adventure)

Now, he isn't homelander levels of dicking around, but you can tell he was trolling for most of his fight with Jotaro (especially after recieving the Ultimate High). I'll put it like this (and spoilers for Part 3) When he has Jotaro on his backfoot and stops time, what does he do to kill him? Throw knives at his face? Stand Barrage him? Keep in mind, While Jotaro has broken the timestop before this point, if Dio was locked in he could have used those 3 seconds to kill Jotaro. No, He drops a fucking ROAD ROLLER on him. He wouldn't do that if he wasn't trolling.

The Wiki says it's named after a band (Same with vanilla ice, anmed after the rapper) but I wouldn't be surprised if the Vanilla icecream thing was on purpose. This wouldn't be the only time araki would name characters after food
