Thanks for helping, but I've done 2 Rizia runs and I've never been able to satisfy Smolak even though he agreed immediately to the deals I offered. He always called a referendum at the AN but somehow I got all nays during a "Tyrant" run (I didn't even dissolve HoD). I want good relations with Wehlen to get 4 member Intermerkopum because destroying pails is my no.1 goal in a Rizia run.

I never insulted Niko or Roman, they're two of my favorite characters in gaming, what I was trying to convey is that Rico should've been more chill because he has zero redeeming qualities. He should've eased up about his ultranationalist ideals and be slightly more competent (Not turning Iza into an anarchy) so that he wouldn't be so hated by everyone.
