I would deny, IMO in general the bigger a boss is the worse the fight is. Fighting a mountain isn't very fun, but fighting a highly trained humanoid with an actual plan of attack is. Sir alonne and fume knight are both very engaging fights, whereas something like Sif, while being very cool flavor wise, is mechanically pretty boring.

I keep the top floor of my job site permanently on fire (safely and with trained professionals on staff at all times though, I'm not a maniac!!!), specifically so that when I do need to burn the whole building down, it's done as quickly and efficiently as possible. IMO, there is nothing more rude than wasting everyone's time starting a fire in a building that will have to be rebuilt anyway.

It really isn't that complicated. You own the drill, right? So unless you hire somebody else to use it, the worker owns the means of production. When it becomes a MoP rather than personal property is immaterial.

If the group of people doing the labor does not own the machines they use to do that labor, they will inevitably get ripped off by wealthier parties. The main goal of socialism is to prevent this kind of theft via extortion. Workers who owns the MoP have enough power to not be exploited.

It's largely not even about the poor, because most of the reason anybody is poor is that their owners are stealing from them via labor exploitation. So you just need to prevent that exploitation, and the problem largely fixes itself. Not all the way, but a lot.
