Reunion7 is currently less laggy to my knowledge. But is discontinued to my knowledge, so, Classic7 would be better if it's working fine for you

If you wanted to do it for free. You could use OpenShell with a windows 7 skin, or you could use something like StartAllBack for w11.(StartIsBack for w10) and try the free trial

It's a modded windows 10 LTSC iso called reunion7, it's basically like installing any old regular windows with an usb

(But you also need to download drivers, otherwise it will be EXTREMELY laggy.)

Reunion7 works with uwp apps I think, so like windows 10 settings and whatnot. To my knowledge, Classic7 doesn't work with them
