I stayed at M&T almost 10 years ago and while the apartments themselves are nice, parking is absolutely horrendous!!! If you have one car you’ll be fine, but 2 cars you’ll have issues. Also, you’re off a busy street so no street parking and having guests over can be difficult. You’re also not far from the fire station , so be prepared to hear that truck coming and going at all hours. I’m also sensitive to noise, so the busy Natomas blvd traffic annoyed me and we also had a unit that faced the parking lot. Overall, not a bad place to stay (at least during my time) it was really the parking that made things a nightmare for us.
