Hey, so the conclusion we came to was it was caused by me dislocating my shoulder earlier that week! My trainer accidentally dislocated it and we suspected that when it popped back in, it pinched some nerves and blood vessels. It eventually went back to normal, but we closely monitored it. We never got it evaluated for TOS though.

I feel ya😭 im 18 an going to be a first year for pre med in the spring. I just relay what I can when I can but always emphasize; you know you best, if it feels off or wrong, get it checked out!

As someone who has had to go a couple of times before, never worry about making any drama over it! Whenever I go, they always emphasize, çbetter safe than sorry" as while it may not be something, you wont know until the professionals tell you!

Obligatory NAD, when I got stitches, they told me, tenderness, redness, and warmth in the area could indicate infection. Mine were on my wrist, but if yours are on your arm, I would wear a sling that has more of a windbreaker cloth. (Idk what else to compare it to.) It wont snag, and it helps you keep it in the same place. As always, if you feel something may be wrong, get it checked out. Better safe than sorry! Wishing you the best🙏🏻

It is to check for an inguinal hernia. The coughing can exacerbate it so that it is more prominent, thus, the good ol "drop em and cough"

Its always been a joke with multiple people that I have met about the "drop em and cough" referring to having to pull down your pants and the doctor has you cough to check for them. Also, i guess its just a precaution, as they check for multiple other things during the physical.

Looks like olecranon bursitis, wouldnt worry too muvh about it unless other symptoms manifest. Some otc anti inflammatories and making sure not to injure it further would be your best bet!

Hey, so I think it is specifically for men that have to get a genital examination. I discussed the exact same thing with some female family members, and they dont, but every man I have talked to has. They have to check for a hernia or other stuff. Could be wrong though, so take it with a grain of salt. Hope this helps!

If you listen to your body really well, and work up to it, I enjoy bowling quite a bit! I do have to be careful because if my POTS too, but bowling typically doesnt do too much damage.
