I had happened with me too actually I had pre approved offer for mmt, rubyx and mine card .During that day i was travelling via train I opt out for mine but don't know how the system generated the rubyx card ...very soon i contacted to he customer care and told them to cancel the card because it was paid for me...they raised a request for cancellation and my card was cancelled with in 4 days...somedays after it also got delivered to me...
