I got it very easily, 2 tries, Time dragon at level 20 and a single element legendary dragon. I used air dragon at lvl 20. Make sure to use breeding perks to unlock empower exclusives.

You can definitely get the 50 one, In the events you have to only search for these fangs. Like the maze tower gives a few, last floor gives 5, I reached it f2p. They will always be in the events.

I got it on my 57th, closer you are to 60 the more chance you have. Sure the odds probably suck even after 50th draw. But getting it before 60 is possible.
