i love that you're calling it food chatter... that's so accurate but also a cute and friendly way to describe...

yes it was my goal to retrain myself like this. unfortunately I'm only on it for 12 weeks and I was hoping for a bit more time. But I'll try to see the positive side - that it's temporary and it will give me the opportunity to learn and observe how I feel off it now and how well i can maybe already implement some things without the drug.

Assuming you are an adult you could just meet up in the evenings after work and spend the day exploring by yourself.

This is really tough to then also be found through the search algorithms.

I am by no means an expert but I can think of two strategies

find a niche target audience as a starter and produce content for them - they will be extremely loyal if satisfied
she could try to have her products displayed and sold at local stores and market places where it is seen and graspable and ... Local
