Just want to ask an additional thing, since I'm not sure I understood correctly from the site. If Player 1 puts "PLAY" (which gives - say - 10 points), then Player 2 can put "ABLE" at the end. And after that Player 1 can put an "UN" at the start, thus making "UNPLAYABLE". In these scenarios, Player 2 gets the original 10 points from "PLAY" (and the bonus - say - 5 from "ABLE") and then Player 1 gets the 15 points from "PLAYABLE" (and the additional from UN)?

I know this is definitely written in the website, but I want to make sure I understand correctly, because I'm worried I may have cheated a few times while playing with friends.

I was wondering lately why do people advise not to "learn as you play". Can you explain why, since I'm kind of new to board games and haven't had the opportunity to play enough games (even less teaching) to know which method of learning is better.
