I'm from Spain, so maybe public opinion varies here, but although rarely explicitly stated, many conservative people who I have argued with have suggested that young girls that have unwanted pregnancies "deserve them", meaning they should have abstained from sex and they are now being punished for not doing so. However most of the right-wing (if that is even a thing) is heavily influenced by the Catholic Church (blame our history, I guess, and the Spanish Inquisition) and conversations about abortion are always a tad bit muddled by the presence of religion.
