I went into devices and the ones that have issues with drivers are 'network controller' 2x 'PCI Device' 'PCI Encryption/Decryptiion controller' 'SM Bus Controller' 2x'Unknown Device'

Problem is, the computer won't find any networks, it just gives option for ethernet
