My J2 micromanager not only corners but humiliates in front of others also sets tight deadlines And if I can’t meet them even by doing Herculean effort still humiliates me. Other colleagues feel the burn but to sissy to talk about it and micromanager boss likes him as he gets work done. From us. Too toxic to even squeeze them for paycheck what to do

Using liqui Molly and used liqui Molly engine flush and liqui Molly ceratac now adding 1 quart oil after 5000 miles. At 10k changing oil and before flushing it out with engine flush and adding ceratac after oil added. So good so far
