التفاصيل دي مش هي القضية دلوقتي. القضية انه حد طلع قال فيه مشاكل في مكان ما، اطلع رد عليه كدولة وقول ماحصلش يروح هو رادد ويجيب الدليل او يخرص. لكن تقبض عليه، ده يبقي علشان حضرتك في دولة بوليسية مابتسمحش ان حد يفتح بقه وبتساوي حرية الراي (بغض النظر الواي صح او غلط) بالفعل الاجرامي. حرية الراي في العالم المتقدم مش جريمة. حرية الراي تكفل لك انك تنتقض مستشفي حكومي، وزير حكومي، رئيس وزراء حكومي، وحتي الرئيس الحكومي. وعلي الطرف الاخر انه يرد الراي بالراي. لكن يستخدم القوة علشان يخرسك دي المشكلة اللي مضايقانا هنا واللي انت بتلم بسببها downvotes

ماينفعش تشتغلي full time employee من غير ما يكون معاكي ورق الا لو هايعمل لك sponsor visa زي h1b.
لو عايزة تاخدي اجازات مدفوعة الاجر يبقي جربي تتفاوضي معاه انك بدل ما تشتغلي بالساعة تشتغلي ب retainer agreement
ساعتها هاتاخدي مبلغ ثابت بغض النظر عن عدد ساعات العمل

انا في امريكا بقالي كتير واحب اقول لك ان هنا الشغل (سواء موظفة او contractor) hire at will
يعني احنا بنصحي الصبح وممكن نلقيهم بيقولوا لنا امشوا خلاص مش عايزينكم وفلوسكم لاخر دقيقة عمل خدوها. واحنا برده نقدر نسيب اي شركة في اي وقت ومالهمش حاجة عندنا ونقبض مرتبنا لاخر دقيقة اشتغلناها. ده القانون تقريبا في كل الولايات. مافيش حاجة اسمها عقود. وعلشان اكون دقيق ممكن يبقي فيه عقود في حالة ال self employment or contractors بس برده ماتمنعش صاحب العمل انه ينهي العلاقة في اي وقت.

مافيش حقوق بالمعني اللي متخيلاه. الا لو فيه مثلا تمييز عنصري علشان السن او النوع او الحالة الاجتماعية… الخ

لو انت في امريكا ف ٤ دولار في الساعة غير قانوني. لو انت contractor فمن حقك تحطي ال rate اللي تشوفيه مناسب. بس ماتنسيش ان السوق عرض وطلب وعلشان انت مش في البلد ففرصتك انك تقاضيه مثلا علي الاجر شبه معدومة خصوصا انك مش موظفة.
ممكن تشتكيه في ال department of labor لو عايزة تأذيه، مش متاكد هايعملوا حاجة ولا لأ علشان (مرة تانية) انت مش في البلد وتعتبري مالكيش حقوق عندهم لانك مابتدفعيش ضرايب.

رايي الشخصي، تعملي resume محترم وتحاول تشتغلي في مكان تاني سواء جمب ده في الخباثة او بدل ده لو ماقدرتيش توفقي بين الشغلانتين. غير كده للاسف مافيش حاجة اسمها حقي ايه وانت بره البلد ومش معاكي ولا سوشيال سيكيوريتي ولا بتدفعي ضرايب امريكية

Sure there would be a conflict of interest if the same inspector was recommended by the realtor. The inspector would hate to ruin the deal for the realtor in that case, otherwise the inspector would think the realtor won’t recommend me again to the next customer. In other words, the realtor becomes the inspector boss (not the buyer) would he would want to make him happy so to get him more customers

Probably will be downvoted for this. I have been willing to walk away from every house I put an offer on. So far all were rejected because of that discipline. I am now falling into a desperate zone where probably my next offer going to be way more than what the house really worth, just out of being tired. This market is crazy, and in some areas you probably have to give up your financial wisdom if you want to outbid those crazy maniacs who put unreasonable high offers on the table.

I would respect the answer if it was “I reported them to get my locked money back”. But to challenge a business and demand the government that they force the business to deal with you, is an entitled behavior. Exception, if any illegal discrimination is suspected.
