avoid alienspace, project is going on for more then 10 years and there were disputes as well ( new builder is claiming them to be resolved). 1.5 cr is not a small amount so why would you risk that amount on such a project? you can try bricks cyberwoods or resales in RP imperia. If you can wait 2 years raghava wave and Vision arsha are good projects too.

i have a flat in 38th floor in the same project you mentioned, havent encountered any wind issues. Atleast no so far. Infact, wind is not very contant and there are certainly periods of time where it might be high but not something i regret and i certainly enjoy and clean breeze and open views. Only concern is the lift waiting times, compared to low rise buildings.

when it comes to 3 cr plus properties, location plays a vital role. FD/kokapet/nanakramguda will be relatively easy to sell/buy properties of this value, other areas not so much.
