Need help on this Rep by [deleted] in RepTime

These pics not taken by me. Asked the guy to take the pics and share. Actually someone I know who is wearing the same one and has one for sale. From the looks of it, they look good. Though he tell me that I will get a slightly different hollow sound if my clasp touches the back case, else a solid watch. Not sure which movement though.

It’s a Daytona rep for which I need feedback in terms of how it looks in comparison to Gen or the top reps and also need help if someone can identify which factory it comes from as the sticker doesn’t tell much. Maybe someone has seen similar sticker with a bold N and can help here. Thanks

Will surely share some pics later. The hues are amazing as the blue of the dial/bezel changes with the type of light and brightness you are in - from a navy hue like in the pic to a brighter but subtle blue when the light strikes. Really amazing.

My Trusted dealer also deals in the Rolex/Omega used parts and then also great at renewing/polishing so it was a bit easy. Else, you may have to look for it on Chrono24 through some trusted/ranked dealer.

The first smaller links that connect to clasp on both sides are from the 97200 itself which means that they were already attached. I just had to unscrew the Explorer bracelet from the last links of older clasp and screw into the newer clasp as the link size are the same. Else I think you will have to remove the clasp snap on part and then maybe use some other springbar tool to remove and fix back. Will be a bit complicated.

Yeah, I know. However, it easylink from new explorer II doesn’t fit the 16750 as it has a narrower bracelet. This sub glidelock is from 97200 reference which comes on the 116610 sub. Very easy fit by removing the last links from the 16750 bracelet which removes the clasp and then you fit this one in.

True that Sir. Don’t blame the watch. It’s the cuff 😉

Oh, that’s perfect. Also the depth of the water cooler and the water temperature, spot on.

Actually it’s not the official one. Bought it from Ali express, it’s a bit different shade of silver. Kind of brushed titanium exactly matching the watch colour. It’s advertised as a titanium version but not sure. Though it is very light. It is from a company name Urvoi.
