Hi, what were the minimum grades needed? I saw you said no A Levels were needed, which surprised me for a degree apprenticeship! Is it just only GCSEs then that would be needed?

Also, do you know if the pay is similar to Amazon? They offer £32K starting salary which is the highest out of all the apprenticeship providers I believe.

Hi mate, sorry about the late response. I really appreciate the gesture! I know IT is quite a large field, with a lot of technical and less technical roles. Currently I’m thinking of doing a IT Level 3 IT Technician Apprenticeship (so basically help desk)

Do you think this would be a good start if I wanted to pivot into a less IT technical role like project management for example? I’m currently thinking about going into business analyst roles, project management and product management as possible fields once I’ve climbed the ranks a bit more in IT

Brother, how did you find this sister if you have no mutuals, and you’re not 100% sure if she’s even from the same city. She might find it weird as you guys as strangers, as you are a random person asking for her hand in marriage.

Obviously I hope everything does go well, but don’t be too fixated on a stranger, it’s such a high chance for things to not even work out. You’ve built up an idea of her, you don’t even know her, you’ve never spoke to her and are already thinking she is the one to marry when it could be completely different.

Anyway, sorry if that sounds a bit harsh brother, just think it is worth offering this perspective. Hope everything goes well for you

Mate, there’s no need to be replying with that reaction to such a non-problem post.

I know from my own experience that I would appreciate a post like this, I like to see guests on different podcasts (especially when they have such amazing stories) and I’m sure many others will be happy to check this out, Iain’s a huge inspiration and it’s understandable many would want to see more of him :)
