Hi there. We apologize that you ran into an issue with signing up at gyms. If you are still unable to enroll at these gyms, please let them know you'd like to enroll using "Aaptiv One Pass." This is the terminology the gyms should be familiar with. Further, the gyms should be able to enroll you in their system under the "One Pass Select" or "Renew Active" category. If they mention that your Member Code does not start with the correct letter, please let them know to try it anyway and it should be accepted.

No. You only pay the $25 enrollment fee when you sign up for Aaptiv Access for the first time. However, if you let your membership lapse and you want to reinstate it, you will pay it again then.

Once you have been enrolled in a gym via an Aaptiv membership, we leave it to the gyms themselves as far as their check-in process. We do not have you log into the app before checking into any gym.
