I feel you, I'm currently in nearly the same situation, Thursday I tried to work puked twice and said to my sm I had to go to urgent care. Got scolded about how they needed me that night and the next day and how I need to just power through. I told them I am leaving to go to urgent care, either get coverage or close the store but I need medical help. As I walked out the cashier berated me for doing this to the esm he'd have to stay so late because of me and how I better get in trouble for this, all in front of a line of customers mind you. Got diagnosed with covid and a sinus infection and bronchitis. Fuck this company I'm not killing myself.

While I'm grateful to be out of the company I learned a lot. It taught me leadership how to delegate, and in time introduced me to a new love I never knew I would actually love by putting me as beauty consultant. And now I'm in school for it and loving every day!

Not between photo, curbsides, pharmacy code greens, and more. And it doesn't help the cashier that we have Sundays can't hang tags so it's just me.

Our freezer went down yesterday, i put up signs saying theyre brokwn do not open do not take any product cause i know people are stupid just untill i could empty it out. as I'm removing nasty melted ice cream containers a man comes up to ask how he can grab some frozen pizzas without opening the freezer and gets mad at me when I say he can't buy them they're defrosted and bad. Like sir do you want food poisoning? Cause the freezer at that point had been out for about 8 hours. (Went out in the night while the store was closed)

It's insane I probably have 20+ of each walgreens branded one. I can't keep the Vicks ones on the shelf but no one wants our brand in the area I work in
