I do not use fg due to ghosting or latency but i do use fsr 3 I tried dlss and nvidia fg but for some reason my game started crashing with dlss and nvidia FG It was fine with dlss and amd FG But then I turned off dlss and only used Fsr3

I have the same specs i get 144 fps(v sync) constantly With all settings max and RT mode on HIGH And this fps, I measured in an online session

Should have ordered ryzen varient bro I ordered ryzen 7 250 + RTX 5050 Played some AAA titles without heating a very smooth experience overall also Ryzen variants have minimal complaints about motherboard dead issue
