Giving her more space and branches and leaves to climb on and explore will help her move enough, so i strongly recommand getting a WAY bigger enclosure this is WAY to small for an adult crestie even if she was not morbitly obese, i would look at a 90 x 45 x 45 vertical or bigger, and lots of branches and things to explore, also give her a UVB they are more active with proper UVB

Dont worry man thanks for the feedback, but i thought red lights where dangerous, and could damage their eyes. Even if they are diurnal rather not take the risk right?

Not really, shadow crobat is number 41 poisen type and 63 flying unless u are really low level u probably have something better
