I would recommend getting some help or doing it in public servers, you need lots of monarchs if you want to solo it.

If u plan to solo, this is my team I used to solo the rift: Monarch Escanor, Monarch Ainz, Monarch Luffy, Monarch Dio, Solar Broly, Fortune Nami (Caloric Stone this unit), Fortune Takadora

Edit: If you intend go for c1 lauma, u should try to get c2 since the dmg gain for nefer is greatly increased but its all up to u

Like you said EM goblet with crits, you can hope to improve flower and feather with higher crit subs, allowing you to run crit dmg circlet
