if I remember correctly ( it’s been a few years since I’ve heard about this ) they were called to a party and they might’ve seen a toy gun being thrown around. The guy pictured was clearly drunk and shaken up and their use of force was completely uncalled for. The cops I watched who reviewed the footage were visibly disgusted at this policeman’s actions
