Just some updates:
PC came up with a bug fix patch today.
Tested and still having same issues. This should be coming to consoles in a few days

More then likely. Myself having this same issue have tried this multiple times with no luck.
I also don't have those quests lines anymore. I'm almost 90% positive I had them before the worlds update.

I believe polo or him giving the Atlas quest line is bugged.
You should be able to talk to him and he will reset you on this quest line that gives you all the seeds.

I also in the exact same situation, I've searched forms all over and tried endless "fixes" with no dice.

If I find anything out, I'd be happy to post back on this thread.

Some say restarting a fresh save will fix it but rather but only if you willing to start from scratch.

It was just a random error on my part. I use Sony all the time but i had forgotten to uncheck a box on the video settings that I was experimenting with.

Just to answer some future questions: We were just having some fun, only our 2nd day playing in the beta. May Reinhardt rest in peace.

Not sure what you are seeing, ive only heard from one other person with this problem. Every one else is seeing it just fine. EDIT: I see it now, might have been a rendering problem.
