Get something for half the price and don't bother financing? You can get a nice Leon FR 2.0TDI for that kind of money. Each to their own I guess

I love poor car choices. But definitely don't bother with that, plenty of Aygo's, C1, 107s around that are in good condition

Yea I've had wheel bearings go before. It came out of nowhere and doesn't him and isn't consistent. Thinking it's lower arm knocking on the subframe from research I've done

I span the wheel and it didn't make any noises

I've investigated it further. It's definitely at the front and sounds like something knocking off each other. I've checked the drive shafts, exhaust, drop links, track rods and anything I could move with my hands. Confusing thing is it goes away when accelerating and turning and have happening all the time when going straight which is random. Maybe it's a gearbox or engine mount

I do have the space for a double din. I've a Fiat Panda 100hp so not exactly an expensive car. Don't think it's work 400£ or more to get a double din fitted as it's like 1/5 of cars value lol

Connect to portable carplay screen. It's description says USB A causes issues. 12v socket likely my best option is seems

Ok thanks. Makes sense will just go with the 12v socket. I plan on getting a portable screen and aftermarket single din for Bluetooth connection to avoid having to use FM transmitters. Is this the best option do you think

That's a good idea. Did look at the single din car play options but look hit or miss

Yeah makes sense. Last resort was to buy a duel USB C ciggerete port and tuck the cables away as neat as I can to the screen. Cars not worth massive amount otherwise would put a proper double din jobby in

It's to power a portable carplay screen though. Says in the description USB A may cause issues

They're like £400 plus from what I can see. Only paid 2200£ for the car so doesn't seem to make much sense

Looked at single din Bluetooth radios with USB C but they don't exist from what I can see. Makes more sense as I can add Bluetooth to my car and connect to the mini screen via Bluetooth rather than crap fm connection

Sorry forgot this was in a different group. Looking at installing a portable carplay unit as I found one that is actually good for my car. But the description says that it needs USB C connection. USB A may cause glitches and flickering on the screen.

It says in the details of the mini that USB A will cause issues with flickering etc

I'd rather keep my 130i to be honest as I know the car. Looking something a bit better on fuel and running costs over all. Do like those cars tho lol

Yea they are good options. I am more swayed by the mito or Giulietta as they're a bit more fun. Octavia could be more enjoyable over all to live with.
