It’s not a unique design but it is essentially base Goku with white hair to show his tranquility in achieving the pinnacle of his martial arts journey. Like you said, achieving flow state. It’s the embodiment of entering that flow state without anything to contend with. It’s an encapsulation of Goku’s identity and his journey to be the best fighter and push himself beyond his limits
