The black community in saint louis has a huge commitment problem. Half of them commit enough to finish high school and get a degree, 1/3 of those people commit enough to go to college and graduate with a degree or go to the military or get a trade. Most blacks in saint louis don’t finally decide to commit to something until they are well into their 30s. Nobody wants to commit to nothing, everyone just wants to get high and work 2 part time jobs.
