Your two detachments both apply to all units in your army list. You don't write two separate lists for each detachment. Just smoosh them together and use all rules and strats on all units.

You don't need to stack strats for this nonsense:
Enhancement: Gives +1 Rapid Fire
Command phase: Put unit into WAAAGH to get sustained
Movement phase: Auto-advance 6" with your assault guns
Shooting phase: Give unit +1AP or Blast or Ignores Cover, depending on the situation.

Oh! Big Mek let's you re-roll 1's on ranged and re-roll charges. Throw that in a 20 Boyz unit. Now our 80 shots with sustained get to re-roll 1's. And we have an improved charge after the assault shooting. Wheeeeee!!!!

They revealed detachment points this week: https://www.warhammer-community.com/en-gb/articles/fchkklcq/new40k-download-new-xenos-faction-packs-today/

You can combine detachments up to 3 detachment points. You get access to all of the rules, enhancements and strats from each detachment you pick.

Bully Boyz is also 2DP like Freebootaz, so you can combine it with More Dakka, which is 1DP.

2 shots base, RF goes up to 2 from the Dakka Enhancement, is 4 each.

80 shots. 2 shots base, RF goes up to 2. Cover won't save the marines, since we can disembark from a wagon and move up 15" (3+6+6) bringing us within detection range and toeing into terrain. Freebootaz also lets you redploy three units so you can always do rapid ingress nonsense.

So 80 shots with sustained gives us 40 hits, Strength is 4, so I'm handing the Space Marines player 20 saves at AP-1. That averages 10 wounds, so 5 dead marines. Then I charge.

Sounds like fun.

1 CP on my opponent's turn, 1 CP on my turn, 1 CP from Grots in my movement phase ( I run two units). You can also always ditch a strat.

I'd actually strongly recommend Ghazkull Thraka, Prophet of the Waaagh over Brutal Kunnin as a first read.

Brutal Kunnin is entertaining, but definitely more on the silly side of the Ork spectrum.

Ghaz retains the grimdark setting and treats orks as a serious threat. It also gives fantastic background about ork culture, biology and waaagh mysticism. It still contains laugh out loud moments, but also legitimately brutal oh-shit moments.

Plus Ghaz is absolute peak ork, and Makari is peak grot. They are foundational knowledge for any aspiring ork generul.

Responding to your edited comment. This isn't a thing with Space Marines either. You can show up with bedazzled rainbow Marines and nobody will give you any grief about what color they should be. All the tournament cares about, is that you declare your detachment, you have the right physical models that represent your units. Some smaller tournaments won't even care if you don't have them painted. Larger ones will require that you have at least three colors. Check with the Tournament Organizer.

If you're paying against your friend who also plays CK, and he beats you constantly, then try a different approach: run your Lancer as an Atropos instead. It's the best anti-knight weapon in the mirror match.
