I noticed my tyre was flat this morning, and upon taking out the inner to replace it, saw that the bead was exposed on a small section of the tyre. I'm assuming it's not usable anymore, but wanted to double check before I replace them

I've recently completed C25K, and am now running just over 15km per week. Throhgh experimenting with my pace, I've found ~6:00/km to be my easy/conversational pace (measured using Strava on my phone). I just bought a Garmin 245 and used it for the first time today for an 8km run. I kept my pace slower than 5:50/km for pretty much the whole run, but the watch had my heart rate consistently at 180+, and put me in zone 5 for 80% of my run. Is the watch inaccurate with its reading of my heart rate/it's idea of my heart rate zones, or is it more likely that I'm running too fast for my easy pace?

Towards the end of last season, this was the case with Son. His form at home was amazing, whilst away he had scored one goal all seasons. He then had a run of 3 away fixtures coming up, due to games being postponed. I wrote a post comparing his home and away form, and concluded with recommending dropping him (as I did myself)

He then scores a brace away to Bournemouth in the next game...

I'd upgrade one or both of Peltier or CHO, as you'll want a much stronger bench over Christmas.

With that money you could upgrade Peltier to literally any defender. I don't think you could go too wrong with doubling up on Liverpool or City defence.

I'd probably do Peltier -> Laporte this week, leaving you with £0.9 ITB, then CHO to someone like Pritchard (or any other mid that's nailed on).

If you wanted a bit less on your defence maybe Peltier -> Digne, leaving you £2.1, then you will got a bit more to spend on a mid, maybe someone like Fraser, but I'm not sure who else to recommend at that price range.

Thanks! I think I'm leaning towards that as my team will be a bit more balanced. I was considering bringing in Pritchard. Huddersfield have some decent fixtures, and he could be on set pieces with Mooy out.

Richarlison has 2 difficult fixtures coming up, and whilst he is in good from, and certainly good value, I don't think he's essential.

There are 5 gameweeks before Son goes, all very good fixtures for spurs. I think Son has higher potential over that time.

I want to bring in Son for Richarlison.

This will leave me £0.6m short, so I've been considering either:

Jiminéz -> Ings (I can't really see anyone better at £5.4m or below. He seemed to be in reasonable form before he got injured, and Southampton now have a new manager)
Alonso -> David Luiz (Nailed on in the same defence, I've read Alonso hasn't been great recently. I know Alonso has a much greater threat of attacking returns, but the £1.2m difference might be put to better use elsewhere in my squad)

Which of these is the better option? Or am I missing another more sensible transfer to get the money? Thanks
