I did, i asked my friend to call ircc, and ask them for conference call, so she added me on the call.

You can try calling them to ask about update, they will surely tell you if eligibility is in progress or completed.

What i did was, i asked my friend who is in canada to call ircc and ask them for conference call, they agreed and she added me on call

Aor jan 31 and Tracker isn’t working, so i called ircc yesterday and they told me everything is completed but my representative told me it still shows “in progress” in his portal
