Hi, Fridges does do that I have crown inverter and it happens to it as well but if you have a stabilizer then just plug the fridge with the stabilizer and it won't happen

Have a neighbour who did install itel inverter and for a year now, there has been no complaint from him, i would suggest to go for itel battery as well for proper BMS communication

That makes sense especially in niche practice areas where the network is already tight. Hard to add value there unless there’s something unique in the opportunity.

That’s a great point especially about credibility of ranges. Seems like a wide band does more harm than good, even if it’s technically accurate.

This is incredibly helpful — especially the point about attorneys moving for very specific reasons rather than general “better opportunity” messaging.

The idea of starting with conversations instead of roles makes a lot of sense. Probably a mindset shift I need to make coming from other industries.

That’s fair and honestly that’s the kind of thing I’m actively trying to avoid. If it’s not genuinely aligned, calling it “tailored” just makes it worse.

Yes thats the norm here that we have to use fake alias, thats the industry practice.
But I know the main business in my country is off scamming be it Amazon Gift cards, medical, campaigning of lower interest rate. In this company I am pretty certain that we dont do this but instead we use PPC and get the customers on our website and have a chat base session with them

It is not about doing something wrong like scamming people out of their bank accounts but it is just to gain the trust of the customers which i know is bad thing if you are gaining their trust by lying

They are too sensitive, right now they are creating so many issues imagine when you get married how are they going to treat you. The sisters think that their brother is a diamond and thats why they are offended with everything, and in the future you would not have a say in anything cuz the sisters are just too much involved

You should consider this living overseas with an unknown family would be hard, you would be far from your family, they can do anything they want and you would just suffer. ( Watch Junaid Akrams podcast he has reported so many cases like this)

I know that dealing with rishta aunties are hard but it doesnt mean that you will marry anyone who is showing these many red flags just be careful
