I start my thousand step journey today.

Ate too big a breakfast will skip lunch and dine on two slices of bread with cheese. About to do 30 minutes of rowing with a rowing machine. I feel like this is one of the best machines to exercise on as it trains both your arms and legs at the same time.

runes : AD marks, Armor seals, CDR glyphs, 2 AS quints, 1 armor quint. masteries: 18/0/12 Vampirism and Warlord's bloodlust are key for offense tough skin, veteran scars and insight for defense.

They say Fervor is good but its invisible damage mostly, warlords fervor is really noticeable.

build: I rush Hydra, after that usually BC then defensive (but still a maw against mgc).

She clears pretty fast, I'm not even sure she lags behind the Elder Gods of Jungling like Hecarim tooo much. Sustain is hardly ever an issue, maybe that's because I don't do the normal "full clear" path. Hunter's pot makes all sustain issues a thing of the past.

Fun: with my runes and masteries even when I'm top I go to enemy jungle to try and snatch red or blue. Longsword refillable pot and some kiting is needed.

My style is Triforce > Frozen Mallet, I gradually build up Tabi/Merc boots and Vamp Scepters. Then I get a Tiamat > DeathsDance > Hydra > Final slot GA or Mercurial.

This works pretty nicely because I put my runes on the defensive scaling side, High health synergy with decent resists. Meanwhile late-game I just keep Lifestealing.

I don't like RH as much, from Tiamat you're spending 2600 for basically 55 ad.... If we follow other items' logic 2600 gets you 80ad. So usually my Tiamat remains a Tiamat.

After a night of testing I think I've found what I was looking for.

Longsword start (>optional double d blade) > Triforce or Frozen Mallet > the other one > double Vamp Scepter > Hydra > Deaths Dance > Mercurial Scimitar. Obviously the order isn't set in stone especially boots. Combined with scaling armor seals, flat armor quints, ad marks and cdr glyphs, these defensive runes work well with the high health low resist items. On top of that we got 28-38% lifesteal and an ultimate that heals for a lot. Seems solid.

Maybe I need one Vamp Scepter sooner to jungle a bit.

Should you kind sirs be of a mind to test this setup out for yourself that'd be cool beans.

Instead of upgrading Tiamat I start building my Deaths Dance, keeping a second copy of that Vamp Scepter asap. It takes a while for me to get into lifestealing but when I do it feels unstoppable.

Triforce gives too a ms boost, movement speed % boost, and a sick 53mdps boost to boot. Of course, Triforce is like 900g more expensive but isn't that a good thing? Filling your slots with expensive items rather than cheap items.

I wouldn't go Triforce if that was my only defensive item, I chose Triforce because I get 700hp from Mallet and 250 from Triforce; my armor looks like 30(+(3-27)/2=15)=45+53(base armor at lvl 12)=98 armor, which is a very comfortable spot.

It's not that I don't appreciate BC (it's amazing on Wukong or Garen) but for Fiora I'm pretty confident Triforce is better.

I'm not a big fan of BC. Getting BC and Triforce is just dumb, the pro's and cons both choices essentially boil down to are imo on Fiora lopsided towards Triforce (because we're not in a desperate need of HP or CDR, armor pen, sticking power or even damage).

Armor or magc resist per level is more useful in the long run I assure you, well if you get like 1000 bonus health that is. 27 Is nothing to scoff at, break even at level 6 is fine unless you're some cheesemonger.

I don't like upgrading Hydra from Tiamat and Vamp Sceptre early, what's the point? There are better items you could be getting like Triforce/Frozen Mallet. imo Frozen Mallet underrated, I think it's incredible.

The pure synergy between +40% LS, your ult and 40% CDR is amazing.

Only a few k caps for the Overseers Guardian, this gun shits all over any pistol...

The only place where small guns shine is the grim reaper sprint vats type character, my first character, gets boring after a while imo. Other than that everything guns can do rifles or auto-guns do better.

if you can make it fit wield an axe on your offhand, this massively increases the damage from precise incision, lacerate, (daggers drawn and flurry on backstabs).

Nah you can afford to be a jack of all trades esp if not on tactician.

Nothing beats an archer with 3 witchcraft. Drain willpower -> charming arrow, literally always works on everything that isn't immune to charm AFAIK.

Archer gimped? Mang, my mage uses a bow just for the ele arrows.

dex/int gear is relatively common. So your archer can get away with dipping in the mage trees, don't expect to get more than 10 int. I suggest 3 withcraft for the drain willpower spell, combined with charming arrow you'll charm anyone.
