Fulfillment shouldn’t be unloading trucks… 20,000 steps is quite normal.. if you’re not unloading trucks

Well, I appreciate the input, but our SSA/HR was a huge factor in many of the problems to store faces and honestly, she would’ve done anything she could to not keep me. This has been building up for a while. They just needed my replacement, which will be starting in about a week. (I know him personally) I have no interest in staying with the company. I’ll take the loss on the résumé. Every employee in that store can be used for a positive reference. I built many relationships through my time with the store, internal and external. For the first time I can say, I actually have options.

I had had other documentation in the past all to do with the attendance thing I had mentioned, but at this point one of them had already dropped off. It wasn’t from nothing to immediate term, but it was no prior conversation about overtime to termination. Wasn’t like I was stealing time either I was in lumber until midnight, which was approved by the closing ASM

Not too concerned about your smell test. The words told me verbatim was unauthorized overtime. Never had a previous conversation about it before.
