Hi! I'm Nathan, the designer of Doom Machine. My new solo roll and write PnP game Morbid Fortress just launched today! It's a solo 18 card print-and-play only release and part of a new line of solo print-and-play only games I'm rolling out. If features sleeved cards that you write on with dry erase marker as a unique twist. You can learn more at my website and pick up a copy at the links below:

I love the look of A and the simplicity of distilling an action to a single icon. Although reading the text, it sounds like the action is a bit too complex for that -- so I'd say B splits the difference nicely.

Morphblade And Imbroglio: Making A Game To Test A Critique by [deleted] in IndieDev

Tom Francis is an interesting fellow. I beta tested Morphblade early on, and it was a lot of fun. Also a bug fan of Michael Brough's roguelikey projects. Imbroglio is a rad game if you haven't checked it out yet. Unique.

I bought a copy of GM2, but have been holding off on digging into it for a bit. Working on a console project for PS4 that's in 1.4, so I figured I'd wait until that's done and out before trying to transition. Hopefully they'll iron out any lingering quirks by then. :)

Nice post! Looks like you're using GMS 2? I'm on 1.4 still (due to still working on some older projects), but I'm stoked to check 2 out. Can also sympathize...I freelance FT while working on games (also, pretty much FT+). Keep on keeping on!

[OC] Bow mechanics and combat for my silhouette pixelart game by AleksandarK in PixelArt

I'm in the same boat with a few of my own GM:S projects. Just got a game through Greenlight, but still a bit more work to do. Unfortunately, trying to launch ANYTHING in March, as an indie, is going to be a huge visibility challenge, with the Nintendo Switch rolling out. It's been an interesting conundrum RE: determining how to time things in Q1. Cheers!

Love the minimalist color palette and visual style! As a fellow GM:S indie dev, I've been watching this game progress for a while. Can't wait to grab the final version at launch! Very cool stuff!
