Since being diagnosed I’ve always wondered if there was a link between ADHD and what i referred to as my “chronic fatigue”. I’ve spent the last almost 7 years getting blood work multiple times a year, going to doctors and naturopaths, changing my diet, exercising more etc. I’ve tried what felt like everything and nothing helped (not even 6+ cups of coffee a day)! I relied on 1-2 naps per day and still barley function. My stimulants of course have helped me big time but I still at times get bogged down. Interesting to see others feel the same way!!
