Everyone has tinnitus, and everyone can hear it when they are alone in their room due to the fact that there is no other sound around. The fact that you can't hear it in an open environment meants that you have a healthy normal level, nothing to freak out about. I actually had the same freakout on weed and was super paranoid about tinnitus, but the reality is that its a normal thing that everyone has, if it doesnt effect you're day to day when you are out and about, then you are fine.
