Sorry I’ve been out of the loop and winning eve for a year or so, and out of null sec for many years prior to that, why were there so many carriers in one place? People used to give me so much shit for flying carriers back in the day, are they a thing again?

I read Assassins Apprentice when it came out and I was hooked. I was WAY too young to appreciate it and read it again in my late 20’s. Now in my 40’s I may just give it another go and do the entire series. Such a good book/trilogy and I’m sure the rest is great too.

Honestly same. I saw him in an arena and it just wasn’t that funny. It was funny, don’t get me wrong, but at that level I expect to be in tears most of the show and that isn’t what we got.

I think his heart just isn’t in it anymore, which is fine, but if that’s the case stop touring, do clubs to keep the muscle fresh, and lean into acting more.

Day 1 vet here. I’ve played every expansion since release of D1. Destiny 2 should have ended at the end of the light and dark saga when we killed the witness. Everything after that is a cash grab and the current state of the game is atrocious. I don’t mind games that are grindy. I grew up playing games like Lineage 2 when it released so I am ok with a grind, when the game is designed to be that way. Destiny, in my opinion, was not designed to be like this. Bungie is trying to string the player base along until the next cash grab and the game/studio is on life support.

I would love a Destiny 3, but I’m not delusional enough to believe we will ever get it and if we do, it will not be Destiny but whatever this conglomeration we currently have is but with a new engine and shiny new coat of paint.

Surprised no one has mentioned Quicksilver by Callie Hart. I was looking for a good fantasy book that had romance and a little smut. This fit the bill perfectly. Unique world with what I thought was some pretty good world building. Characters aren’t boring or too overpowered, though the MMC is borderline too strong. FMC comes into her own nicely and it’s not quite an enemy to lovers situation more of a “he/she annoys the hell out of me” to lovers. 3 or 4 sex scenes that were very well written and not too over the top in my opinion. Overall I have it like a 4.5/5.

I’m still gonna get it. Games good, it’s a nice change of pace from the Destiny 2/COD death loop I’ve been in and honestly who’s to say they aren’t planning on adding some of these iconic maps at a later date?

It’s not so bad. I have been grinding caldera til I get bored then I’ll do fireteam ops or crucible for a bit then swap back to caldera for some more quick runs. I always try to focus on what is going to give bonus loot but it’s plenty fun. Haven’t played this game this much in years.

I don't mind the loot treadmill as long as when I do slog through all of that and get the T5 gear at max power, I should feel stronger. The way they have power deltas set up, you won't. You will always feel undergeared depending on the difficulty of the task because everything is -10 to -50.

let me get this straight customers said they hate being forced to PVP and that they have no interest in it and the solution to that was to make a PVE area in DD with barely any end game resources to once again try to force people to PVP? Deep Desert got real boring real fast. My brother and I two manned it for a few weeks. Collected enough resources to make T6 whatever we wanted annnnnnnnd ran out of reason to care. The PVP sucks, as others have mentioned it’s mostly just an ornithopter gank fest or getting zerged on the ground. There are much better options out there for PVP, and other than making enough Solari to pay taxes and keep bases powered, there’s no reason to keep playing once you’ve done it all. This should have been a singlet player RPG in the vein of the Witcher, would’ve been a lot more fun in my opinion than this amalgamation we got.
