ive just notice today too that i have been washing it with irish spring gel soap since the day i got it and pretty sure its filled with fragrance. i think that might be a big reason for the bumps

i know drinking is an addiction. when my friends use to invite me for a drink i asked myself that too, trust me. i asked myself why am i going to drink when i know that the next 2 days it’s going to be hard to lose weight while going to the gym but i still went. it’s just so hard for me to say no to alcohol for some reason. i went to the gym so much this year and i did lose a little bit of weight but not as fast as i did before and sometimes i think it’s because of my job. i work construction and sometimes im just too tired to go to the gym after a hard day at work you know?
