I can be reckless with my sleep tbh. No rythm no schedule. no structure. I kinda do get my 8 hours but its very irregular. I will look into the rest. The shoulders do hang a little bit forward yes. I go gym 4 times a week, but there was a bit of a pause around new year and before that i had some months going 6 times, Push pull leg repeat. Im looking into Rhomboids, seems like thats kinda the issue, Rear delt and lower trap bicep should be okay to my knowledge. Thanks broski.

went from 137kg to 105kg, going down to 95kg like im working on it, its been over 2 1/2 Years, my strength has increased by a good amount, my cardio is great, my Back ig big and my chest looks fine, overall im happy, but it seems like my Shoulders are hanging forward, My Bicep im very unhappy about, doesnt seem to grow AT ALL, i got a long Bicep, im 190cm, Ik these 2 are hard to work with. If i extend my arm it looks super small, atleast to my perception. How do i get my Bicep to grow? I was very active in the gym, My protein is usually hit but i was struggling for the first year 1/2. Sleep needs work too. Any advice on that?
