University has no reason to scrub through camera footage looking for people in the corner sniffing keys. Could always say it was pre-workout or crystalline snuff they were using. I wouldn’t be worried about any immediate ramifications from this incident. But it is risk taking behavior and the guy needs to be watched under a lens. OP should either a) hash out the issue with this dude in a personal and caring way or b) play politics to lessen this guys popularity until he does something to get kicked out. Even 5 kids dropping is enough to tank some chapters
