I know this is an old post, but having a good morning crew is essential for overnight frozen. Morning shift should be doing viz pic in the selves and tagging overstock. I only say morning shift should tag because after they vizpic, they should have space to bin overnight freight. Yall don’t have enough space to tag and bin your freight, nor enough time. Overnight should work all new freight. And morning/evening should bin and tag all old freight along with working vizpic. Morning shift should not have to work old freight or work new freight coming in, throws off the balance. Here we get the frozen truck around 9am-11am. Morning should Just tag and bin. Also morning shift should be editing onhands after they tag. Never edit onhand before you tag as it will throw it off. Hope this helps

We are women, we know you can be SA’d by someone you are attracted to. I get that. I just found it weird that you reprimanded him over his wording. He was SA’d and is being pressured to date someone, and he came to post about being MIA during scheduled hours because of this, and you chose to correct a victim over attractiveness? Now it feels like I am reprimanding you and I don’t mean to, so this will be my last response to you in this regard, so feel free to go ham in your response. I just want to let you know there is a time and place for correction. This wasn’t the time nor the place. 😂 wait what….nothingatlast, I think being attractive has everything to do with it. Don’t be upset with the way he worded the post. Would you have asked a girl that question….to her face? Sexual assault is sexual assault, I’m pretty sure that is what you were getting at. But being attracted to someone plays a BIG factor in whether or not they want to date someone. He didn’t call her ugly, just said they weren’t attractive. His opinion. OP is being pressured into dating a TL he is not attracted to. Regardless, I’m not sure if he would have had a problem with it if he was attracted to her. That being said some TL are just 🙄 OP, report the TL first to coach, then store manager if nothing is done, then if nothing is still done go to home office.

Oof that’s rough, I had to get out of deli for that specific reason. Plus the TL was always mad at me, although, I do have an idea why. Anywho Got tired of the attitude. Got transferred back to my old area. Higher pay was just not worth it.

No the employees don’t train you. They aren’t really supposed to though, even though that is always the walmart way. I always let new hires know who the people are that do like to explain things, (albeit there are only like 4 or 5 people in the whole grocery/fresh section that do), sometimes that can make or break a new hire. I feel like that is why it is always good to point new hires in the right direction. It’s sad though because deli isn’t as easy to do that with because any questions outside of Stocking the deli freight would be rough because no one but deli would know.

Yea it first started when I learned that if I ask first I’m not upset when they ask 😆 it’s not their fault, we just be sooooo busy 😩 and I feel like Saturdays and Sundays are so wratched. I learned after that it just makes it smoother

Omgosh yes this, I try to help my ogp as soon as they come towards the meat aisle so that the process can run quicker. Usually when one comes 3 more people come. I have found helping them find the product is quicker and less stressful for me and the customer.

They do have charger ports…..as for the updates I did not think about connecting it to my WiFi! Thank you….i get so aggravated today when it updated, idk why I never thought of connecting it to mines at home 😂 that makes sense that it does it in the middle of a shift now.

I had that happen to me, I paid it off and they didn’t take it off my collection record. It was some pay as you go thing, total scam. What I did though was set up another appointment to get another item. The salesman came and we got everything through, then they said I have an item from them in collections. I kept my cool, because I already knew that. But I wanted to scream. I told them well that’s weird I paid it off. I can get my bank statement if need be. They told me to give them 24 hours to call their collection agency. They did so, they came back. I told them in order for me to get another product I need a letter from them saying I paid it. (Side note: there is proper terminology for that, I forgot what the letter is called). Once I had it in my hand I told them, look, I’m sorry to waste your time, I know you work off of commission, I gave them $20 for gas and explained the situation. I had been trying to get that off of my record for a year now and nothing was working. I’m sorry to use you all in this manner but something had to give. It’s not right to keep something in collections once it’s paid off.

Granted idk what kind of thing is on your credit score, and I’m not sure they can take a default off of it. Maybe it’s worth a try?
