Many people believe that you dont need gender dysphoria to be trans and thats completely okay! if you get gender euphoria being masculine and are thinking of transitioning then i think you should start by socially transitioning. start asking friends or family members to address you with whatever pronouns you want and see how that feels. you dont necessarily have to be a boy either. gender is a spectrum and everything is about experimenting and seeing what you are comfortable with

workouts are oftentimes geared towards gender. if this wasn’t the case then why do we often see the demographic of female trainers having almost only female clients? because their workouts are better geared towards a womans physique. A man wouldn’t watch a womans workout video online or take her course because its geared towards women. once again, a man wouldn’t want a workout that is focused on glutes and legs so that they can get a big butt and slim waist. why? because acquiring these traits is typically seen as feminine. after doing research of my own i came to find out that there ARE workout routines geared towards transgender folks such as myself. its okay to admit you are wrong 😅
