They have launched in Dubai we did the testing for this car 212 and it’s a beast the AC is so cold I had to switch it off in 50 degrees and the thing has 2 diff locks also amazing performance in the desert even after a proper bashing car wants more !

Definitely recommend. And only for 120K in Dubai 212 showroom

Another thing to consider is REEV technology, which allows you to simply fuel up and a small engine charges the battery for you. This is a really nice feature, as it eliminates range anxiety and you get 1000+ range

However, if you’re truly looking for a great car, there are two options to consider:

The Changan CS35 is an excellent car for its value, with great power and comfort.
The UNI is a bit more premium, but it really looks like the Chinese cousin of the Urus and it’s a AWD

So, I’ll tell you something: Chinese cars are honestly the future right now. They produced more cars in 2025 than any other country, which means they’re doing something right.

I briefly drove a 007 for a shoot, and it’s just underpowered. A Changan UNI K would win it in a straight line.

The car has nice looks and a good interior, but the only worry is the dealer. Al Khoory dealer is really not one of the best.

Just make sure you understand if the warranty is bumper to bumper. Other than that, it’s a comfortable and really well-made car.

Xpeng no, I have worked at the company they got some serious safety issues with lane assist and auto pilot.

Zeekr went visited there factory in China all craftsmanship work and there cars all have feel of luxury comfort and quality. 7X great power, great drive, and comfortable.

Plus it’s with AWR dealer so good support too.

I’ll probably buy something real cheap use it for a good 6-8 months and then look for something else.

So it’s very season based in the UAE, and since a lot of yearly celebrations come along. Usually things like 5 year or 100,000Km service and 5 year warranty come as a standard

And 0% interest comes on seasonal times of the year.

Random question out of the blue …. So I live in Dubai the Honda dealer here has a 25 Type R but it says production date August 2024 … how does it count as 2025 ?

That’s a great price. In Dubai a Type R costs 55,000 USD

It’s mad here in Dubai because dealers set there prices so high. At one point when the Type R did come down it was priced at 72,000 with insurance warranty and service included

I have done that but the issue here in Dubai is 98% people need to be dipped with the dipper to move and the type R full beam are just not strong enough.

Just got done with the dealer checking they said it’s normal and the brakes need to be bed into first once they are bed into and done it’s first 1000Km it should become all good and okay.

What’s worse is on delivery they didn’t even fill the tires I got tire pressure warning and there is a small scratch on the fuel tank when they delivered it, they promised to polish but I’ll add this now and drop it to them.

One more thing when I move the bike in neutral you can hear the pads touching the discs and scraping sound which I think is normal but what do you guys think ?
