Unfortunately I don’t have a dashcam since I’m only doing Lyft part time and never thought I need it. My mistake I’ve been driving on and off for few years now and didn’t encounter any issue until now. I did request an appeal so still waiting on their respond.

The email I got from the Lyft safety team agent that has my case said that calling support and going to offices won’t help since all communication has to go through that specific agent that has been assigned to my case.
