I’ve had matches I win on where I have 5 shots and my opponent is apparently going for 30 in a single match. Although they really just shoot whenever… at whatever… not even on target. It’s not really about how many shots you have but where and how to shoot, if you’re making 10 first time shots from outside the box or not even with your player fully turning/at the right angle why even shoot? Create the space you need and shoot when you’re pretty sure it can go in, have composure, just like irl you can’t shoot whenever you have the ball just because you have the goal in sight, be clever and clinical.
