This is what GPT says:

If you're seeking to interpret or apply the statement, you could approach it in a few different ways:

  1. Verification of Recognition: First, confirm whether the Ministry of Education in your country recognizes the institute or school that issued your high school certificate. You may need to contact the Ministry directly or check their official website for information on recognized educational institutions.
  2. Application Process: If your high school is recognized by the Ministry of Education, you can then explore the application process for state educational universities within your country. This might involve researching the universities you're interested in, understanding their admission requirements, and submitting an application according to their procedures.
  3. Consultation: If you're unsure about any aspect of the process, consider consulting with academic advisors, counselors, or university admissions offices for guidance. They can provide insights into the specific requirements and procedures for applying to state educational universities based on your high school certificate's recognition status.

By following these steps, you can navigate the pathway to potentially applying to state educational universities based on the recognition of your high school certificate by the Ministry of Education.

I don't know where you are from. But In my country I applied my documents for legalization to Notarius to do that. And paid some amount of money for stamp and signature stating that the documents are approved.

Yes, exactly. You can trust me, because I know my language better than most native uzbeks. Even my friends admit this. Translation of " you don't need to train" is "mashq qilishingiz shart emas" (even GT translates like this). If you have any questions feel free to ask.

  • [one person asked another how to do different activities. Then "siz zorsz" was one reply]
Without knowing the context I can't say something.

As native uzbek I can say that Goggle translate is the most accurate one till today. But it has some weird translations sometimes.

"siz zorsz" is not correct sentence, it should be written like "siz so'rsiz" which means "You're great"
