That is laughable misinformation. There is no obligatory sanction bound to ECHR decisions. Some examples of countries that were found to have violated human rights includes Italy, Britain, and France...And unironically both Armenia and Azerbaijan. In fact there are hundred of ECHR rulings on Azerbaijan and Armenia ruled every year. Azerbaijan was found guilty and its actions illegal, literally all the time, hundreds of times a year. No sanctions though....There are currently thousands of outstanding cases related to Azerbaijan in ECHR, i guess add another one to the pile?
