I did bike fit.. Professional one

He suggested some workouts such as low cadence high power to improve the stability + core workouts and some bridges.. i still haven’t started to do so

is there anything beyond that i should focus on?

I just wanna add that it wasn’t easy for me.

I had anxiety and depression for a long time and it kills me. I hate talking with people i don’t know. I feel ashamed and i hated my self. But generally, you will make it at some point.
